Ellie is the Marketing and Communications Manager at Sporting Equals, her role involves project managing our Race Equality Events and The Sporting Equals Awards. Ellie is passionate about race equity and community cohesion having been raised in Luton, a town with significant racial tension.

HOW DO I SUPPORT MEMBERS?
Ellie supports Charter members by helping to generate resources, tools, and training aimed at fostering inclusivity and addressing racial disparities within organisations. She has led on helping to generate themes for and chose members to feature on our podcast Equity in Action. Ellie aims to collaborate with a wide range of system partners throughout the year to help them on their Race Equity journey to ensure a fairer sporting landscape for ethnically diverse communities.
FAVOURITE SPORTING MOMENT
I completed the London Marathon in 2025 for our fellow system partners Sports Aid. Despite the struggles training it was an amazing experience and great to raise around £1500 for young athletes supported by an incredible charity
